Charlie Arthur Morgan, Jr.

Charlie Arthur Morgan, Jr., 77, departed this life on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC. He was born in Mccormick, SC on March 21, 1948 to the late Charlie and Edith Carlisle Morgan, Sr. 

Charlie attended the public schools of McCormick County. On June 30, 2007 he dedicated his life to Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Charlie dedicated many of his years as a Logger until retiring. 

Charlie met the love of his life, Brenda Morgan, and they became one on October 17, 1997. He enjoyed spending time and making memories with his loved ones. 

Charlie leaves to cherish his precious memories his beloved wife; seven sons, Charles Morgan, Don Morgan, James Morgan, Jonathan Lomax, Brian (Zee) Lomax, Kendrick (Shay) Lomax, Travis Lomax; three daughters, Neada Jones, Brittany Morgan, Patricia; one grandson whom he lovely reared as his own son, Kadon Lomax; twelve siblings; twenty two grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents.
