Ezra Norman Obituary

On Thursday morning August 6th 2020 an Angel silently came into the ICU of Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood South Carolina. and carried away his soul unto the Lord. To a place where there's no pain, no burdens, no sorrow, and no tears.

Though we are all sad,  we are thankful for the life, the laughs and the memories that he gave and lived among us. If you don’t have a funny story,  a situation, or can repeat one of his famous quotes like “Oooh Lord How Sweet It Is!”  then you really didn’t get the time to know him. Now our Daddy, Granddaddy, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and friend is taking his place in the land that was prepared for him for his faithfulness.

Ezra Isiah Norman Sr. a.k.a. "Big Red" was born the baby boy of 14 in McCormick County South Carolina on June 14 1940 to the late Cliff and Revilla Norman. He was a member of Rockford AME of Mt. Carmel South Carolina.

He leaves to cherish his memories,  His Daughters, Jacqueline Dunn, Rashon Norman, Shelia (Marvin) St.Elien all from Miami FL.; Glenda Thomas of Calhoun Falls SC.; Adopted Daughters Stacy, Graham of Miami FL.; Towanna Osias of Anderson SC.; Kawanna Osias of Brooklyn NY.;
