Isabelle W. Jordan

Isabelle W. Jordan, 85, of 83 Thomson Circle, widow of James Jordan, entered into eternal on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Abbeville Nursing Home. She was born in Abbeville, SC to the late Elijah and Minnie Lee Starks, Sr.

Isabelle attended the public schools in Abbeville, SC. Before her health declined, she was a faithful member of Mt. Clement CME Church. Isabelle worked for many years in Poultry Processing.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her beloved husband; one daughter, Mary Ann Harris, three brothers, Henry Starks, Augusta “Gus” Starks, and Nathaniel Starks, two sisters, Jannie Hamilton and Bernice Starks. 

Isabelle leaves to cherish her memories, three brothers, Elijah (Sophia) Starks, Jr. of Abbeville, SC, Robert (Annie) Starks of Calhoun Falls, SC, William David (Sylvia) Starks of Greenwood, SC; one sister, Ruby Starks of New York; two grandchildren, Norris Bernard Harris of Calhoun Falls and Corey Lamont Harris Georgia; fourteen great grandchildren; one great grandchild reared in the home, Corellar Harris; thirteen great great grandchildren; a god-son, Anterryio D. Cade; a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
