Trustee Moore was born on February 2, 1955, and departed this life on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the only son of Deacon James R. Moore, Sr. and Deaconess Maggie V. Moore, who both preceded him in death.
Trustee Moore accepted The Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age and was baptized at Miller Memorial Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where he sang on the Celestial Choir served in the Sunbeam Usher Board.
After the family moved to Malvern, Pennsylvania, he Attended and graduated from Greater Valley High School, where he played the trombone, and sang on the choir.
Trustee Moore attended the Teen Challenge program where he majored in Barber School and sang on the choir.
After moving with the family to Abbeville, South Carolina he held several jobs. The last of which was as a security guard.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted wife, Linda Diane Clark Moore; daughter, Ms. Debraca Clark; two Grandsons, DeVonte` Adams and Julian Simon; a Great Granddaughter, Debrenna Adams; three sisters, The Rt. Rev. Virginia A. M. Stith, Div., Mrs. Janis E. Butler, and Evangelist Audrey G. Moore; three nieces, The Rt. Rev. Arlene D. McLeod, Ms. Vonda S. McLeod, and Ms. Yolanda V. McGee; one nephew, Jeraldo S. Butler; great nieces, Tiffany Y. McGee, Dr. Britney V. McLeod; one great nephew, William Groce-McGee; and a host of other relatives and friends.
