James A Sander

James A. Sanders 72 of 240 Sanders Circle, Abbeville died at his home, on October 13, 2019.

He was the son of the late the W. D., and Leanell Liddell Sanders.

He was a member of Jacob Chapel A.M.E. Church and a retired textile worker.

He was survived  by his wife, Mary Ann Sanders of the home; two daughters, Connie Rena Sanders of Abbeville, SC, Barbara Jean Sanders of Greenwood, SC; one brother Samuel Sanders of Calhoun Falls, SC; five sisters, Mary Anderson of Mt. Carmel, SC; Elizabeth (Joseph) Foster of Calhoun Falls, SC; Linda (John) Jackson of Abbeville, SC; Deborah Foster of Calhoun Falls, SC and Patricia Sanders of Abbeville; two grandchildren; Brandon Manuel Sanders of Abbeville, SC; and Elisabeth Grace Greenlee of Greenwood, SC.

Service will be on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Flatrock A.M.E. Church at 1:00pm, the remains will be placed in the church an hour before service. Interment will be at M.J. “Dollie” Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson with full military honors. Public viewing will be on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Richie Funeral Home, from 12:00 noon to 7:00pm.
