John Elbert Agnew

John Elbert Agnew, 76, of 118 Adams Drive, Abbeville, SC, departed this life on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at his home. He was born in Abbeville to the parentage of the late John Lewis and Isabell McCopin Agnew.

John attended the public schools in Abbeville, SC. He obtained a job as a custodian in the Abbeville School District.

John leaves to cherish his precious memories one daughter, Ava Agnew; four brothers, Samuel Agnew, Mack (Jacqueline) Agnew, Leo (Patricia) Agnew, Allen Agnew; four sisters, Mary Paul, Pearly Slappy, Charlena (Joe) White, Shirley Denise Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Rose Agnew; four brothers, Lewis Agnew, Charlie Agnew, Jessie Agnew, Carol Agnew; and one sister, Ollie Odessa Reed
