Lorena Yamileth Vickery

Lorena Yamileth Vickery departed this life on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Spartanburg Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC. She was born in Honduras on October 8, 1971 to the late Jose Avila and Marta Hernandez.

Lorena is a high school graduate. She has traveled and experienced living in plentiful states along the Southeast coast. Lorena decided to settle in Abbeville, SC, and pursued a career as a safety supervisor for an engineering company. 

Lorena leaves to cherish her precious memories her beloved husband Lazaro Rosales; two sons, David Vickery, Mark Vickery; three grandchildren, Aria Vickery, Asher Vickery, Adaleijh Martin; a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Lorena was preceded in death by her parents.
