Rosa Mae (Fisher) Devlin, 93, transitioned into her heavenly home on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Hospice House of Hospice & Palliative Care in Greenwood, SC. She was born on February 25, 1932 in Abbeville, SC to the late Theo Morrow and Mamie Fisher.
Rosa attended the public schools in Abbeville County. She was a member of Flat Rock AME Church. Rosa was a dedicated worker for many years at Hills Manufacturing. She enjoyed spending quality time and loving on her family.
Rosa leaves to cherish her precious memories ten grandchildren, Lenore Belcher of Gastonia, NC, Terrence (Sheila) Jones of Charlotte, NC, Kalema Williams, Sherrie Foust both of Greenwood, SC, Jermaine Black, Rasheka (Keio) Tucker White, J’Vun Goodwin all of Abbeville, SC, Natalie Devlin of Naugatuck, CT, Andre Perkins of Concord, NC, Jason Moore; 23 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Rosa was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, George Devlin; and one son, Michael Devlin.
