A precious life ended when Sammie Floyd Cade, Jr. was called home on October 17, 2022.
He worked at Pilgrim Farm in Athens, GA. He joined Mt. Olive Holiness Church at an early age in Calhoun Falls.
Sammie leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Rev. Eunice Rebecca Mursier of the home; two daughters, Felicia Cade and Adriana Cade of Calhoun Falls, SC. He was married to Angela B. Cade; two brothers, Robert (Shaunte) Banks of Rock Hill, SC and Michael (Latoya) Cade of Simpsonville, SC; five sisters, Stacey (Keith) Williams, Bertha Robinson of Calhoun Falls, SC, Viola Denise (Reggie) Turner of Athens, GA, and Amy Ashmore of Atlanta, GA. One stepsister, Chandra (Tony) Allen of Simpsonville, SC; one stepbrother, Anthony Brown of Lincolnton, GA; several nieces and nephews; two special nephews raised in the home, Demarcus Bank and Deshawn Banks; five grandchildren who were the love of his life; several aunts and uncles, a special friend, Tracie Evans of Calhoun Falls, SC.
Sammie is preceded in death by his father Sammie Floyd Cade, Sr. and stepfather, Donell Mursier, one brother, Barry Cade, one son, Barry Andrew Cade, grandmother, Hattie Bently, uncle Matthew Banks, and one aunt, Margaret Cade.
