Obituary
Mr. Walter Henery Hill Sr. was born to the late Emma and Thomas Hill of Abbeville, SC on July 23, 1928. He departed his earthly life early morning on August 7, 2023 at his home. Mr. Hill retired from Seaboard Coastline as well as Reelco Inc. of Abbeville. He was a dedicated servant, member of the Usher and Deacon Board, and Choir Member at Glovers Chapel Baptist Church in Troy, SC.
He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters: Mary Loise Rayford of Abbeville, SC and Fannie Mae Hill of Greenwood, SC. He also leaves behind one sister, Mamie Pinson: one brother Arthur Wideman (Linda) of Abbeville, SC. He's preceded in death by: the Mother of his children, Precious Hill, two sons, Walter Henry Hill Jr. and Benjamin Hill (Deborah), two daughters, Precious M Cartledge (John) and Monte Emma Hill. Mr Hill lived to see five generations of grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
