Whitney Leigh (Coleman) Connelley

Mrs. Whitney Coleman Connelly, wife of lan Connelley, departed this life on Saturday, December 21, 2024, peacefully at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She was born in Greenwood, SC on August 26, 1986 to Mr. Ernest & Georgia Coleman. Whitney was an active member of Long Cane AME Church, where she engaged in various church events.

She was preceded in death by her mother Georgia Lee Taggart Coleman, however, she leaves behind to cherish her warm memories a loving husband lan Connelley, three sisters: Antoinette P. Coleman of Charlotte, NC, Kendra D. Thomas of Abbeville, SC and Crystal L. Martin (Gregory Sr) of Greenwood, SC. Two nephews: Ja Quan Thomas and Gregory Martin Sr. Two nieces: Kiara Thomas and Olivia Martin. Two great-nephews: Jordan Thomas and Trystan Thomas. One great niece: Jalai Thomas and a HOST of community children and friends that will miss her deeply.
